Alberta Zones

Some of the datasets have a "Geography" attribute with values ranging from Z1-Z5. What are these? Is there a map of what areas these zones refer to?

  Thanks for your question! Can you please either let us know which dataset(s) you are referring to or send an email with your question (including the specific datasets) to data@gov.ab.ca?

  For some of the health data sets, the breakdown is as follows:
  Zones:
  Z1 – South
  Z2 – Calgary
  Z3 – Central (excluding Lloydminster)
  Z4 – Edmonton
  Z5 – North
